ICM-II: CHEST, case 3 |
||
The right IJ CVL line is not in the right position-it should be following the right edge of the mediastinum, if it were in the superior vena cava (SVC). Where do you think it might be? The curved metal wires are from the patient's underwire bra, which was not completely removed at the time of the study, perhaps due to her very unstable condition and the need to image her promptly. Overall, this patient seems to be young with well mineralized bones and a nice straight spine. She does not have too little or too much soft tissue. |
