PHYSICAL EXAM:

  Diffuse coarse crackles and wheezes in both upper lungs anteriorly, fever to 101 F, tachycardia and tachypnea

45 year old male presenting with cough and fever for a week

It is essential to be organized in your approach to imaging studies.  For each case, begin by deciding what TYPE of image you are being shown.  Think about the proper TERMINOLOGY to describe findings, given the particular modality. Then note any pertinent TECHNICAL factors or problems with the image.
