PHYSICAL EXAM:

  Diffuse coarse crackles at both lung bases on inspiration and expiration.  Palpable masses in both axillae and in both inguinal regions.

 

HISTORY:

45 year old male presenting with several months of shortness of breath

It is essential to be organized in your approach to imaging studies.  For each case, begin by deciding what TYPE of image you are being shown.  Think about the proper TERMINOLOGY to describe findings, given the particular modality. Then note any pertinent TECHNICAL factors or problems with the image.
