Based on the history, what is the most likely diagnosis? Given the patient's symptoms, Marfan's syndrome and aortic aneurysm seem likely. Does the chest radiograph support this diagnosis? Yes, there is a bulge along the right mediastinal border that could represent a dilated ascending aorta.

What is the next most appropriate imaging? CTA would probably be the next study, but this is an older case, and CT was not available. What is this study called and what is the projection? Is it normal?
