Once again, the opacity is located entirely posterior to the major fissure (red line) and makes the spine look whiter than normal in the lower chest.

This is another RLL pneumonia, with opacity in the posterior inferior right chest. The left heart border is still faintly seen (red line), and the left hemidiaphragm is completely obscured (yellow dotted line).
