There is total blockage of the right coronary--only the most proximal portion is visible. With a complete blockage of the proximal right coronary, what symptom might the patient present with besides chest pain?

An obstructing clot was removed from the right coronary, which opened up the flow to the more distal portions of the vessel. The vessel still appears somewhat narrowed over a long segment in its proximal portion and may require further treatment to prevent clot from reforming.
