Left breast is normal in appearance, with patches of moderately dense stroma extending out from nipple. Right breast has swirling pattern in the region of a scar (indicated by scar maker, red on Figure 6D), surgical clips (blue on Figure 6D), s/p latissiumus dorsi flap reconstruction.

7A-left CC view, also with swirling pattern in medial breast near surgical clips. This patient had a TRAM reconstruction of the left breast after masatectomy. 7B shows the preoperative appearance of the tumor.
