CASE 1

This is our patient with neck swelling. There are many dilated collateral veins in their upper chest and lower neck, particularly in the subcutaneous regions. You can see them as white dots (in cross section) and squiggly lines.

What is the imaging plane for this study? What could cause dilation of veins like this?
