This is also an MR in the axial plane (cortical bone is dark), but the fat is now dark too-this is a sequence done with 'fat suppression', which decreases signal from fat. This is the highest cut from the sequence and shows the scrotal fluid collection, which is high signal (white), so this is T2-weighted

Fat suppression can be used for either T1 or T2-weighted imaging. In a T2-weighted sequence like this, it can make all fluid really stand out, since everything else is dark.
