Type 1 curve: Slow initial upslope, continued slow rise in delayed phase; 6% chance of malignancy

Type 2 curve: Medium initial rise with plateau in delayed phase; Intermediate risk of malignancy; Lesions with Type 2 curves are typically biopsied

Type 3 curve: Rapid initial rise followed by a drop-off with time "washout" in the delayed phase. A lesion with a Type 3 curve has 29-77% chance of malignancy
