Set 3: alveolar edema

45 year old male diagnosed with a new large myocardial infarction

We have seen this case before, and should be able to recognize that this is an alveolar pattern, with hazy or fluffy opacities obscuring vascular markings.  Just like the Kerley B line is the most specific finding for an interstitial process, there is a finding that is very specific for an alveolar process.  Can you find it in this image?
